Unbelievable Cheesecake Bars

• 2 (8 ounce) cans crescent roll dough
• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 12 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 12 cups sugar

1. Roll out 1 can of crecent roll dough in a 13" x 9" x 2" pan and press together seams.
2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, vanilla, and 1 cup of sugar.
3. Spread mixture on top of crecent roll dough.
4. Press together seams on the second can of crecent roll dough and place on top of cream cheese mixture.
5. Pour melted butter on top of the dough, making sure some gets down the edges.
6. Mix together remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minute.
8. These bars are excellent served with coffee, ice cream, or just by themselves.
