Fat-Fighting Enoki Mushroom Miso Soup

  1. Make the dashi soup and bring it to a boil.
  2. Remove the stems from the enoki mushrooms and cut into thirds.
  3. Add the enoki mushrooms to the dashi soup.
  4. Once it comes to a boil, lower the heat to medium.
  5. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Reduce to low heat.
  7. Add the wakame seaweed, then dissolve in the miso.
