Glazed Ham Balls Recipe
- 1 pound grnd smoked ham
- 1 pound grnd pork
- 1 c. Raisin Bran
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of thyme
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- HAM BALLS: Make smaller meatballs - place close together in pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
- GLAZE: Combine ingredients for glaze, bring to boil.
- Spoon over ham balls after they have baked a half hour and then bake 30 min longer with glaze.
- Makes 24.
