Peanut Butter Cheesecake For A Crowd Recipe

  1. In very large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter till smooth.
  2. Gradually beat in lowfat milk; stir in Cold Whip till smooth.
  3. Pour into pie shells and sprinkle tops with peanuts and grated chocolate.
  4. Freeze till hard.
  5. Keeps for weeks in the freezer.
  6. Makes 6 pies.
