Mentsuyu and Butter Chicken Saute
- 1 large piece Chicken thigh meat
- 1 little less than 4-5 tablespoons Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 little more than 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 as much (to taste) Thin green onions or scallions or chives
- 1 add as much (to taste) Lemon
- Soak the whole piece of chicken thigh meat in mentsuyu overnight.
- It's convenient if you use a plastic bag.
- Add a little vegetable oil to the pan, add butter, and fry the chicken cut into easy-to-eat sizes.
- Once both sides are seared, add sugar.
- add the soaking sauce, and cook well.
- Drizzle sake and steam by covering the pan.
- Add plenty of chives, and drizzle the squeezed lemon juice.
