Persimmon Cookies2

  1. Cream butter and sugar, add beaten egg, then raisins, nuts and persimmon pulp.
  2. Add dry ingredients.
  3. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake in moderate 350F (180C).
  5. oven approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
