Sea Bass Fillets in Cilantro Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Arrange fish in 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Puree cilantro, cream, ginger and chili in blender.
  4. Add yogurt and just blend in.
  5. Season sauce with salt and pepper; spoon over fish.
  6. Bake fish until just opaque in center, about 25 minutes.
