Chunky Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Brown the meat and vegetables till the meat is no longer pink.
  2. Don't add any water or oil.
  3. The meat will give off its own liquids.
  4. Add garlic, thyme and pepper.
  5. Add spaghetti sauce.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Cover and cook, stirring frequently and skimming off any grease that surfaces to the top.
  8. Add cayenne pepper to taste if you want it spicy.
  9. Serve over noodles and add parmesan cheese on top if you'd like.
