dahl adas soup
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp rice
- 3 tbsp bulgor
- 3 tbsp dahl lentil
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 dash salt
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 dash peper
- 3 tsp butter
- let rice and bulgar and lentil remain in water for 30 min
- peel and mince onion.
- put butter in skillet and cook onion until brown
- add flour and mix until flour become golden
- add salt and peper.
- and then tomato puree and mint and mix them well
- add 1cup of boiled water and stir until all ingredient become smooth and consistant
- add 1 cup of cold water and then add rice, bulgar and lentil.
- let them cook.
- serve with lime or lemon juice
