dahl adas soup

  1. let rice and bulgar and lentil remain in water for 30 min
  2. peel and mince onion.
  3. put butter in skillet and cook onion until brown
  4. add flour and mix until flour become golden
  5. add salt and peper.
  6. and then tomato puree and mint and mix them well
  7. add 1cup of boiled water and stir until all ingredient become smooth and consistant
  8. add 1 cup of cold water and then add rice, bulgar and lentil.
  9. let them cook.
  10. serve with lime or lemon juice
