Cole Slaw With a Peanut Thai Sauce
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped)
- 6 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp powder ginger
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Shred the cabbage and sliced onion, bell pepper and green onions "very thin".
- Mix the sauce until the peanut butter is completely incorporated into the liquids.
- Mix the sauce with the vegetables and then refrigerator until serving
