Veal Or Pork With Sun Dried Tomatoes Recipe
- 6-8 veal cutlets (or possibly pork cutlets) pounded thin
- 1 pt. light cream
- 1-2 beef bouillon cubes
- 8-10 pcs sun dry tomatoes (pre-soaked)
- Flour
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Sprinkle veal cutlet with flour and fry in extra virgin olive oil till it is cooked.
- Add in 1 c. of water with the bouillon cube to frying pan and let cook down to approximately half.
- Add in light cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Add in sun dry tomatoes and let simmer for 15 min.
