Veal Or Pork With Sun Dried Tomatoes Recipe

  1. Sprinkle veal cutlet with flour and fry in extra virgin olive oil till it is cooked.
  2. Add in 1 c. of water with the bouillon cube to frying pan and let cook down to approximately half.
  3. Add in light cream and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add in sun dry tomatoes and let simmer for 15 min.
