Meltingly-Soft Simmered Cabbage and Wiener Sausages

  1. Cut up the cabbage and onion into wedges.
  2. Cut the pickle into easy-to-eat pieces.
  3. Finely chop the ginger.
  4. Put the ginger, soup stock cube and water in a pot and start heating.
  5. When the pot comes to a boil, add the other ingredients.
  6. When it comes back to a boil, turn down the heat immediately to low, and cover with a lid.
  7. Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate, and sprinkle with parsley.
