Soy-Ginger Marinade
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
- One 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
- Kosher salt
- Pepper
- In a medium bowl, whisk all of the ingredients until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
