Squid Stir-Fried with Buttered Potatoes

  1. Peel the potatoes and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put them into a heat-proof container and microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Pat dry the squid, and cut into rings.
  4. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  5. Saute the garlic.
  6. Once the garlic is fragrant, add the squid and potatoes to stir-fry.
  7. Add the ingredients into the frying pan.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Dish it up, and scatter in some green onions.
