Squid Stir-Fried with Buttered Potatoes
- 4 Squid (gutted)
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 Green onions (finely sliced)
- 1 Oil
- 2 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Peel the potatoes and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Put them into a heat-proof container and microwave for 5 minutes.
- Pat dry the squid, and cut into rings.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- Saute the garlic.
- Once the garlic is fragrant, add the squid and potatoes to stir-fry.
- Add the ingredients into the frying pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Dish it up, and scatter in some green onions.
