Parmesan Fries
- 4 large potatoes
- 12 tablespoon ground thyme
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Cut potatoes into fry like strips, and pat wedges dry with a paper towel.
- Place in a bowl and toss with thyme and pepper and drizzle with oil.
- Place single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese, salt and paprika (if using) evenly over wedges.
- Bake for another 10 minutes to brown.
