Italian beef stew

  1. Brown beef in large pot with olive oil
  2. Dissolve Buillon cubes in 2 cups of water and pour into pot
  3. Season with rosemary, salt, pepper, and parsley
  4. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer for 1 hour
  5. Stir in carrots, potatoes, celery, an onion
  6. Dissolve corn starch in 3 tablespoons on water and add
  7. Add enough water to cover mixture
  8. Cover and simmer on low to medium heat until done (1 hour)
