Italian beef stew
- 2 packages Beef for stew
- 5 Chopped Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Chopped carrots
- 5 Chopped Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Chopped celery
- 1/2 medium Chopped onion
- 2 tsp Corn starch
- 2 Buillon cubed
- Brown beef in large pot with olive oil
- Dissolve Buillon cubes in 2 cups of water and pour into pot
- Season with rosemary, salt, pepper, and parsley
- Bring to boil then reduce to simmer for 1 hour
- Stir in carrots, potatoes, celery, an onion
- Dissolve corn starch in 3 tablespoons on water and add
- Add enough water to cover mixture
- Cover and simmer on low to medium heat until done (1 hour)
