Diet Baked Custard Recipe
- 1 c. Egg Beaters
- 2 2/3 c. skim lowfat milk, scalded
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cinnamon to taste
- 4 packets sugar substitute or possibly 1/2 teaspoon liquid
- Combine Egg Beaters and sugar substitute.
- Stir in scalded lowfat milk and vanilla.
- Pour mix into 6 (6 oz) custard c.. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
- Set c. in a shallow baking pan.
- Add in boiling water to a depth of one inch.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Enjoy!
