Diet Baked Custard Recipe

  1. Combine Egg Beaters and sugar substitute.
  2. Stir in scalded lowfat milk and vanilla.
  3. Pour mix into 6 (6 oz) custard c.. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
  4. Set c. in a shallow baking pan.
  5. Add in boiling water to a depth of one inch.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Enjoy!
