Crispy Potato and Bacon Waffles #SP5
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 20 ounces Simply Potatoes O'Brien Hash Browns
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- In a large bowl, beat milk and eggs together.
- Gently stir in flour just until moistened.
- Mix in Simply Potatoes OBrien Hash Browns and bacon crumbles.
- Bake in a preheated waffle iron until golden brown.
- Serve with topping of choice.
