Steaks With Wine Sauce

  1. Heat 12in skillet to very hot.
  2. Add steaks, sprinkle with salt; cook to desired doneness, 8 minutes for med.
  3. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  4. To skillet add oil and onion; cook and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Add garlic; cook 1 minute.
  6. Stir in tomato paste and wine and bring to a boil; cook 1 minute.
  7. Add broth and Worcestershire; heat through.
  8. Pour juices from steaks into sauce; serve with steaks.
