Salsa Dressing
- 14 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 14 cup light sour cream
- 14 cup bottled salsa
- 18 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 -3 tablespoons low-fat milk
- In a small bowl stir together yogurt, sour cream, salsa, and kosher salt.
- Stir in enough of the milk to make desired consistency.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 1 week.
