Irish Coffee I

• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
• 5 ounces strong hot coffee
• 1 tablespoon whipped cream

1. Rinse a wineglass with very hot water.
2. Put the sugar, whiskey and coffee in it.
3. Top with whipped cream or if preferred, float a tablespoon of unwhipped heavy cream on top.
