Tom Yum Khung
- 300 grams of large shrimps ,peeled and clean
- 2 cup of chicken stock
- 1 stick of lemon grass slices
- 3 slice of galangal
- 3 red thai chilies slices
- 3 shallots cut into half
- 2 bunch of coriander with roots
- 1 large tomato cut into 6 pieces
- 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tsp of chicken stock powder
- 1/2 cup of coconut cream
- 1 tbsp of sweet chilli paste
- Pour chicken stock in the pot add galangal, lemon grass ,chilies ,shallots and coriander roots bring to boil.
- Add shrimp and tomato let's boil till shrimps are cooked
- Add chicken stock powder, fish sauce ,oyster sauce and coriander
- Add coconut cream and sweet chilli paste then add lemon juice
