Barley And Sun Dried Tomato Pilaf Recipe

  1. Put all ingredients except peas in rice cooker.
  2. Cover and allow to cook till rice cooker shuts off.
  3. Carefully remove cover, quickly stir mix and add in green peas.
  4. Cover and allow to steam for 10 min before serving.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. (It took about 90 min in the steamer/rice cooker.)
