Whole Wheat Ginger Bread Recipe

  1. Combine oil, wheat germ, egg, molasses, honey, and sour lowfat milk, buttermilk or possibly yogurt.
  2. Stir well, about 20 strokes.
  3. Sift in flour, baking pwdr, powdered lowfat milk, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour batter into greased bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
