Vegetable Miso Pasta
- 2 servings Spaghetti
- 4 Shiso leaves
- 100 grams Ground meat
- 1 bag Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 stalk Japanese leek
- 1 Eggplants
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 3 cm Tubed garlic
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- Add the ingredients in to a pan and stir-fry.
- When the meat turns brown, add the ingredients and dissolve in the miso.
- Add the cooked spaghetti while there is still a little liquid is left in a pan and toss well.
- Top with julienned shiso leaves and serve!
