Chicken and Cashew Nut Salad (Murg Aur Kaju Ka Salaad)
- 8 ounces cooked chicken
- 8 ounces pineapple chunks, juice reserved
- 1 cup cashews
- 5 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- salt
- Combine chicken, pineapple, cashews, yogurt and cilantro.
- Stir in 3 tbsp of pineapple juice.
- Mix well.
- Chill and add salt just before serving.
