Honey Vanilla Oat Bran Muffins Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in raisins and nuts till well coated.
  4. Combine liquid ingredients with dry ingredients just till moistened.
  5. Divide batter proportionately between twelve paper c. lined muffin c.. Bake 15 to 18 min, or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Serve hot or possibly cool.
