Roast Momma Bulls
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 3 pounds English Boneless Shoulder Roast
- 1/2 cups Steak Seasoning
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 pound Baby Carrots
- 1 cup Onion, Chopped
- 2 pounds Small Red Potatoes (cut Into 1inch Cubes)
- 4 packages Brown Gravy Mix
- 2 packages Onion Soup Mix
- 4 cups Water
- Heat oil in a 6 quart dutch oven.
- Season the roast generously on all sides with steak seasoning, then rub flour on all sides of roast.
- Brown each side of the roast in the oil for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the heat and add the baby carrots, onion and red potatoes.
- Next, add the gravy mixes and soup mix, pour the 4 cups of water over the top.
- Cover the pot with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 4 hours.
- Serve over rice.
