Sig's Crab Cups

  1. sit the tomatoes on the stem end and slice the top off .
  2. empty out the seeds with a spoon leaving a nice deep cup
  3. mix all the other ingredients and fill the tomato cups with mixture.
  4. fill each tomato with some of the mixture
  5. add the top and chill for an hour then serve .

tomatoes, crabmeat, tarragon, cayenne pepper, salt, lemon juice, mayonnaise
