Crab Quiche

  1. Trim excess pastry around edges.
  2. Prick bottom and sides of pastry with fork.
  3. Bake at 400F for 3 minutes; remove from oven and gently prick with fork.
  4. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, flour, and milk; mix thoroughly.
  6. Stir in crab meat, cheese, and green onions.
  7. Spoon mixture into pastry shell.
  8. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until set.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
