Creamy Cheese Sauce for Pasta

  1. Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add the garlic, crushed red pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, and pasta water.
  3. Add the Parmesan, ricotta, goat cheese, and prosciutto to a large bowl.
  4. Add in the garlic-tomato mixture.
  5. Add the parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss with cooked pasta.
