Basil Sauce Pasta for One
- 10 leaves Fresh basil
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dashi stock granules
- 1 serving Pasta of your choice
- Boil some water and cook the pasta.
- Make the sauce while the pasta is cooking!
- Rinse 10 leaves of basil and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Finely chop the basil.
- To save time and effort, stack up the leaves and roll them up from the end to cut.
- Put all the ingredients into a single bowl and mix.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain, and toss with the sauce to finish!
