Breakfast Cookies
- 1 13 cups agave syrup
- 14 cup butter
- 14 cup pureed prune
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 12-2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
- 14 cup cashews
- 14 cup brazil nut
- 14 cup hazelnuts
- 23 cup walnuts
- 23 cup pecans
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 14 cup dried currant
- 3 cups rolled oats
- Blend together Agave syrup, butter, prunes, eggs, vanilla, and molasses, until smooth.
- add soda and salt mix well.
- add flours and mix well.
- add remaining ingredients.
- drop on cookie sheet heaping tablespoons.
- bake at 350 for approx 15 minute.
