Paprika Sauce
- 1 each sweet bell peppers chopped
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 50 grams bacon chopped
- 150 millilitres sour cream
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree (passata)
- 1 each onions chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fry the onion until soft, add the bacon, chopped peppers and paprika and fry for another 3 to 4 min.
- Add the tomato puree, salt and pepper and simmer for 15 min.
- Add the sour cream and simmer for 2 min.
- Serve with fish or chicken.
