Citrus Slaw
- 1 small nappa cabbage, shredded
- 1 bulb fennel, thinly sliced
- 3 fresh radishes, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red grapefruit segments
- 1 juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 juice from 1/2 orange
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- Chop/slice all vegetables and toss to mix.
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients.
- Just before serving add grapefruit and dressing and toss to mix.
