Apricot Dressing

• 12 cup apricot nectar
• 14 cup olive oil
• 14 cup red wine vinegar
• 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
• salt & pepper

1. Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
2. Refrigerate until required.
