Veal And Shrimp Puttanesca Recipe

  1. Put extra virgin olive oil into pan over medium heat.
  2. Add in floured veal and shrimp, cook till brown.
  3. Then add in garlic, anchovies, capers, olives.
  4. Then add in bouillon stock (that has already been dissolved in 5 ounce.
  5. water).
  6. Next add in Madeira wine, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cook till sauce is thick and veal and shrimp is done.
  8. Yield 4 servings.
