Canadian Cheese Soup Recipe

  1. Heat butter and saute/fry vegetables.
  2. Add in flour and cornstarch; cook till bubbly, stirring while cooking.
  3. Slowly add in chicken broth and lowfat milk while stirring.
  4. Add in soda and cheese.
  5. Stir till cheese dissolves.
  6. Add in salt and pepper.
