Easy Alfredo Sauce Recipe
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk (12 ounce. can)
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) ready to serve chicken broth
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Pepper to taste
- Gradually blend lowfat milk into flour until smooth using a whisk.
- Add in broth.
- Cook over medium heat, until warm and thick.
- Stir in cheese and pepper.
- Serve over warm pasta.
