Three Fruit Pie Recipe

  1. Stew fruit fold in saucepan over medium heat with the butter till tender.
  2. Mix the tapioca with the syrup and pour into warm fruit.
  3. Stir in cinnamon.
  4. Stew for 10 min longer, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  6. Distribute fruit proportionately.
  7. Cover with top crust and bake in 400 degree oven for about 40 min.
  8. Cold and serve with unsweetened whipped cream.
