Raspberry Danish Coffee Cake

  1. Mix 1 packet cereal, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons flour; cut in 2 tablespoons margarine or butter until crumbly.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Blend remaining sugar and margarine or butter in bowl with mixer until smooth; beat in eggs.
  4. Mix remaining flour, baking powder and cereal; alternately blend into egg mixture with milk.
  5. Spread batter into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle with reserved cereal mixture.
  7. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until done.
  8. Cool completely in pan.
