Raspberry Danish Coffee Cake
- 4 packets multi-colored or chocolate sprinkles, for coating
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-2/3 cups flour
- 10 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 each egg
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- Mix 1 packet cereal, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons flour; cut in 2 tablespoons margarine or butter until crumbly.
- Set aside.
- Blend remaining sugar and margarine or butter in bowl with mixer until smooth; beat in eggs.
- Mix remaining flour, baking powder and cereal; alternately blend into egg mixture with milk.
- Spread batter into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle with reserved cereal mixture.
- Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until done.
- Cool completely in pan.
