Kinako Cookies for Dieters

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. It will become quite lumpy and difficult to mix, but if you use your hands to knead it, it's easy.
  3. Roll the dough out to 2-5 mm thick and cut out shapes.
  4. Bake in a 180C oven for 12 minutes and then they're done.
  5. If the cookie dough is rolled out thinly, it will make crispy and crunchy, hard cookies.
  6. If the dough is thicker, the cookies will be moist.
  7. Adjust to your liking.
