Broccoli with Chowder Sauce
- 2 (10 ounce) packagesfrozen broccoli stems
- 1 (15 ounce) can condensed new england clam chowder
- 14 cup sour cream or 14 cup milk
- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Arrange broccoli in greased 8 inch square baking dish.
- In small bowl, combine chowder and sour cream; spoon over broccoli.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.
- Return to oven for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
