Asskickin Ribs

  1. Crack a cold one
  2. Remove membrane from back of ribs, wash and post dry
  3. Trim rib tips of for "St. Louis" cut ribs
  4. Coat front and back of ribs heavily with rub.
  5. Place in smoker @ 250 for 3 hrs.
  6. Remove ribs from smoker and double wrap in foil and place back in smoker for 2 hrs.
  7. Remove ribs from smoker and unwrapp.
  8. Coat front side of ribs liberally with honey and put back in smoker for 1 hr.
  9. Eat and enjoy!
  10. Don't waste the rib tips season and smoke them for a snack before the ribs are done our freeze and save them for use in soups and such.
