Bow Tie Pasta With Cherry Tomatoes Capers and Basil
- 4 cups pasta, bow-tie (farfalle) hot cooked
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 13 cup basil thinly sliced fresh
- 1/4 cup olives chopped pitted niAoise
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet red bell peppers crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 x red wine vinegar as needed
- Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well.
- Sprinkle vinegar over each serving, if desired.
