Pulled Cran-Turkey Sandwiches

  1. In 2-quart saucepan, whisk cranberry sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, smoked paprika, and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  2. Cook on medium 2 minutes or until hot.
  3. Meanwhile, in microwave-safe baking dish or bowl, combine turkey and broth.
  4. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 2 minutes or until hot.
  5. Add cranberry mixture to turkey; stir until well coated.
  6. Spread mayonnaise on buns; top each with one-fourth of turkey mixture.
  7. Top turkey with carrots and pickle slices.
