White Bean Chili - Joanne
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans
- 1 (15 ounce) chicken broth
- 1 12 cups finely chopped chicken breasts
- shredded monterey jack cheese
- sour cream
- herdez salsa
- Heat oil and cook onion until translucent.
- add chili, flour, cumin and stir for 1 min (will be a big ball).
- add beans and broth and bring to a boil.
- simmer for 10 minutes.
- add chicken.
- top with cheese, sour cream and salsa.
