Strawberry Shortcake Mini Parfait

  1. Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package.
  2. Refrigerate 2 hours or until thickened.
  3. Meanwhile, mix butter and sugar in large bowl.
  4. Stir in chopped wafers and nuts.
  5. Spoon 1/4 cup of the pudding into each of 32 (4-oz.)
  6. clear plastic cups (or into each of 8 cups for trial recipe).
  7. Top each with 2 Tbsp.
  8. of the wafer mixture, 1/4 cup strawberries and 1 Tbsp.
  9. of the whipped topping.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
