Glossy Chocolate Frosting

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, Splenda, cocoa and cornstarch.
  2. Add water and stir until smooth.
  3. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spread over cupcakes or cake while frosting is still warm.
