Chocolate Chunk Sour Cream Muffins

  1. Heat over to 375F.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
  3. Stir in eggs, milk, sour cream, margarine and vanilla in large bowl until well-blended.
  4. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  5. Stir in chocolate.
  6. Fill 12 paper-or foil-lined muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from pan to cool on wire rack.
